Stephen is the Practice founder and Principal. He has gained a wide range of experience through his career working as a Design Engineer with Babcock and Wilcox, Project Engineer with Wiltshier Engineering and European Energy Manager with Monsanto International Engineering.

Stephen attended Manchester University and gained his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1973, he became Chartered in 1979 through the Institute of Energy.

Stephen founded the Company in 1983 and the Practice has been consistently successful during the past twenty-one years.
