Bailey Associates is a Chartered Engineering and Architectural Practice which offers the full range of professional  works and management services for projects up to £15 million.

The Practice was formed in 1983 as a Building Services Consultancy. During the late 1980's it became apparent to us that Clients were better served with a "One Stop" facility for all Professional Services and consequently we developed into the 1990's as multi-disciplined.

We  offer a single  fee to cover  most specialities, including Architecture, Building Surveying,  Mechanical  and  Electrical   engineering,  Public Health, Quantity Surveying and Structural engineering activities as well as CDM Planning Supervisors.

The Practice is fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and a copy of our verification certificate is enclosed. We are Quality Assured to EN ISO 9001:2000 and are an Investors In People company.
