Watford British Union Conference (B.U.C.)

A project of three phases due to the extensive fire damage to the property back in November 2008.

Phase 2 - refurbish and upgrade the remainder of the existing building that was more extensively damaged.

Phase 3 - Landmark extension to existing buildings to facilitate BUC’s UK headquarters including offices, meeting rooms etc

M&E services for £24m special School

This project is a residential special school of some 9,000m². The project is nearing completion and will include residential and respite accommodation, hydrotherapy pool, teaching areas and sensory rooms.

The design will include biomass/bio fuel boilers complete with CHP, under floor heating and cooling as well as providing natural light and ventilation
